It was indeed a small scale fellowship event as many leaders are going to face their SPM and STPM examination. I would like to say thank you to CPL Lim Ewe Jin and his committee for the hard work of bringing this event comes true.
The event started at 6.00 p.m. It was raining cat and dog that time...... It gave me the feeling of sadness. Many of them were late but it was understandable because the other company's meeting also ended around that time. When most of our guests arrived, we started our event with a frisbee game. Err... Basically that was my first time exposure to such kind of nice game.
FRISBEE???
What is that??? Alright, let me tell you what it is. Do you all know the dog game... the owner throw the plate towards a direction and the dog runs for it? Yes I hope you all will understand. hahahaha. The game is some sort like that. I dono how to explain but it is really FUN!!!!!!
After we ended that session, we washed up ourselves and ready for the dinner...... We had a great fellowship time. I met with some friends that I met during the Advance NCOs Training School (ANTS) such as Sharan, David...............
They are still very funny and friendly.
After that Mr. Michael Yei gave a speech. The speech was as good as a leadership training class. He told us a few points that I think it is really useful.
*If you are on time, you are late.
*We must have inter-personal skills
(The skills to mix around with different people)
*We must have organising ability
(The skills to organise anything including practices and so on.)
*If you want to discipline others, discipline yourself first
(EX: If want others not to be late, we must first not to be late ourselves)
* We must have leadership skills
(Speak up and lead)
Maybe I missed out some points... XD but the points above are really great!!!!
After that we had a tower building game using newspaper. Who can build the tallest tower will be declare as the champion. LOL..... It was very extremely stupid and fun... Only those who participated will know how fun it was!!!!
After selecting the pro-tem KL State NCO Council, it marked the end of the event.
