Pumpkin Cup Cake / Muffin Recipe

INGREDIENTS
(A)
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 200g
Salt - ½ tea spoon

(B)
Pumpkin (Steamed and Mashed) - 160g
Coconut Milk - 100g

(C)
Corn Oil - 140g

(D)
Flour - 300g
Baking Powder - 2 tea spoon
Sodium Bicarbonate - ½ tea spoon

METHOD:
1) Whip A until creamy and well mixed. Add in B, whip until well-blended.
2) Add in C, mix until well-blended.
3) Add in sieved D, mix until well-combined.
4) Distribute the mixture into metal moulds (with paper cups on it)
5) Steam for 15 minutes

There you are! :D
Note: If you dislike pumpkin, you can substitute it with chocolate, sweet potato, etc. and make it with the same method.
